End user will provide the information and the bidder has to manage the information on the device. This includes downloading the information from Portals and Organizing them in the required folder structure. Department shall provide the meta data details/ file including folder structures in which they need to be organized
IAM admin is able to see the following types of report
Number of active devices, their usage details.
Information accessed by the users
Provision for Login: Admin/ super user can login into the system.
Usage and performance related data of stakeholders on IAM servers can be uploaded on the central server when connectivity exists.
Software support tracking through User profile OR logins.
Admin at central server have a dashboard where in it can track the usage of information by the users through the IAM servers at various locations.
Administrator/ super user can create Multiple Choice Quizzes/ Questions for users and it provide both qualitative and quantitative feedback of the users. Users is able to post question to which department would like to post reply where sync is possible.
System is able to show popular/ most recently uploaded information on IAM servers.
Support for Hindi information along with cataloguing.
System have facility to restrict the access to specific resources.
Provide Android based mobile APP for users
